Lucky8 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing lucky8.cash, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you enter into a binding agreement with Lucky8. These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and Lucky8 regarding your use of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Lucky8 platform or services.

To register and use Lucky8, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Lucky8 operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships or other legal structures may not open player accounts.
• You must not be acting as an agent for a third party. Each account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee or contractor of Lucky8 or its affiliated companies.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where using Lucky8 services is permitted under local law. It is your personal responsibility to understand and comply with the laws applicable to you in your location.

Each player may hold only one Lucky8 account. Opening duplicate, secondary or linked accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device or household — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals. Lucky8 uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal full name, Pakistani CNIC number (where requested for verification), a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Lucky8 is not responsible for issues arising from outdated account information — for example, withdrawal delays caused by a mobile number that is no longer active.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Lucky8 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone — if you receive such a request from anyone claiming to represent Lucky8, it is fraudulent and should be reported to support@lucky8.cash immediately. All activity conducted from your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally initiated it. Lucky8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available and using a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other platform.

Lucky8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (Rs / PKR). There are no currency conversion fees applied by Lucky8. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person — even a family member — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Deposits are credited to your Lucky8 wallet instantly or within a few minutes depending on the method used. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact Lucky8 support with your transaction reference number for investigation. Withdrawal requests submitted before 9 PM PKT on business days are typically processed the same day. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash generally complete within five minutes of processing. Bank IBFT transfers complete within the same business day. Lucky8 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard charges.

• Lucky8 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account, unless otherwise approved by Lucky8 compliance.
• Lucky8 may temporarily delay withdrawal processing for accounts flagged for security review. Where this occurs, the account holder will be notified and the process will be completed within 5 business days in standard cases.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements will be excluded from the withdrawable balance until wagering conditions are met in full.

Lucky8 offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that apply to each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. The details of each promotion — including minimum deposit, wagering multiple, game eligibility and expiry period — are stated on the promotion page. In case of any inconsistency between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once — will be voided and the account will be permanently closed.
• Lucky8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion with reasonable notice. Changes will not apply retrospectively to bonuses already credited to accounts.
• Free bets, free spins or free shots (fishing games) credited as bonuses expire at the time stated in the promotion — unused amounts are forfeited on expiry.
• Lucky8 may cap the maximum amount of real money winnings that can be converted from bonus play, as specified per promotion.

All bets placed on Lucky8 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market concerned. For cricket betting, pre-match bets placed before the market closes are honoured in full. In-play bets are accepted in real time and are final once confirmed by the system. Lucky8 uses live data feeds but is not responsible for delays inherent in third-party data providers — bets accepted on in-play markets are processed based on the market state at the moment of server confirmation, not the moment of your screen click.

For live dealer games including baccarat, the result displayed on the Lucky8 platform at the conclusion of a round is final. Disputes about dealer conduct or card outcomes should be raised with support within 24 hours of the disputed round. Lucky8 will review video footage of the relevant round and communicate findings within 5 business days.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per round and per day, as displayed within each game or betting market. These limits may change without prior notice.
• Lucky8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a technical error, incorrect odds publication or data feed failure. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned in full.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed by the system, except where a market is officially voided by Lucky8.
• Lucky8 may restrict a player's betting markets, maximum stake or access to specific games at its discretion — for example, where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• In the event of a cricket match being abandoned, reduced in overs or declared void by the relevant governing body, Lucky8 will apply the settlement rules stated in the individual market's rules page.

Lucky8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players who may be at risk. Gaming on Lucky8 is intended as entertainment — not as a source of income, a way to recover financial losses or an activity that takes priority over essential personal, family or professional responsibilities. Lucky8 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming restrictions on accounts where concerning patterns are observed — including large rapid losses, extended play sessions or sudden dramatic stake increases. The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lucky8. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances without the possibility of appeal:

• Fraud and financial crime: Depositing funds through stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods; money laundering; processing payments on behalf of third parties through your Lucky8 account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards, pre-arrange betting patterns or otherwise compromise the integrity of any game or market.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Using bonus funds in a calculated, systematic manner specifically designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome; staking patterns that exploit bonus wagering terms rather than genuine recreational play.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI tools or any automated system to place bets, interact with games or make decisions on your behalf without genuine human participation.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors or platform malfunctions to accumulate winnings. Any winnings obtained through technical errors will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile wallet provider without first raising the issue through Lucky8 support. Chargeback attempts will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Underage gaming: Attempting to register or play while under 18 years of age, or facilitating underage access to a Lucky8 account.

All content on lucky8.cash — including but not limited to the Lucky8 name, logo, domain, platform design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text and data — is the intellectual property of Lucky8 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, broadcast or otherwise transmit Lucky8 content without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Lucky8 platform — including odds, scores or game results — for commercial, analytical or competitive purposes.
• Frame, mirror or embed any portion of lucky8.cash on a third-party website or application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any Lucky8 software or game.

Lucky8 operates on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we invest heavily in platform stability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access — scheduled maintenance, technical incidents or factors outside our control may occasionally affect service availability. Lucky8 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, data feed delays or technical errors outside our direct control.

If you believe a betting or gaming result is incorrect, you must raise a formal dispute through the Lucky8 support channel within 24 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this window may not be eligible for investigation. Lucky8 will aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. Our decision following investigation is final and binding.

Lucky8's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident in question.

By registering at Lucky8, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Lucky8 Privacy Policy. This includes your name, contact details, payment information, device data and gameplay records. Lucky8 uses this data to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, meet compliance obligations and — where you have opted in — send you relevant promotional communications.

Lucky8 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud detection partners and regulatory bodies where required by law. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate security and confidentiality agreements.

Lucky8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, Lucky8 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of lucky8.cash after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date. Balances at the time of account closure will be paid out in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in force at the time.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws under which Lucky8 is licensed and operated. By using lucky8.cash, you agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be conducted in the jurisdiction specified in Lucky8's operating licence.
